For over a decade I have helped companies shorten the path from idea to working software. I started with low-code and Mendix; today I do it with agentic AI. What drags on for quarters elsewhere gets moving in a few weeks with me.

Quick wins first
I will not push you into a grand rebuild on day one. We take the changes that are cheap to ship and fast to pay off, and I write down everything left for later in plain language. You always have the full picture: what already works and what is still ahead.
I check it before you buy it
A vendor recommendation looks perfect on the slides and rarely fits your company. I run that check before you spend the money. Sometimes the most useful thing I do is the call that talks you out of a purchase.
Irreversible calls, made on purpose
Wherever you can roll back, we experiment freely. With live data and a client's money I ask before I click. The point is to keep your risk under control, not my own convenience.

A technology decision nobody wants to own
Platform choice, whether a big rebuild is worth it, an offer you have been staring at for a month. I come in for a few days and you walk out with a decision and an argument you can defend to your board.
You want AI, not another AI presentation
You care what agents will actually do in your company this quarter. We start with one painful process and a working deployment. The thirty-slide strategy can wait.
New regulation, and the clock is running
Reporting duties, transparency rules, legislative monitoring. I turn the obligation into a tool that genuinely works, sometimes into an edge over competitors, instead of one more cost line.
A dozen low-code apps and growing chaos
No standards, every team doing its own thing, nobody sure what is in production. I put it in order as a Center of Excellence: shared rules, reviews and a growth path for your people. Order that stays once I am gone.
You need a speaker or a workshop lead
I talk about low-code, agentic AI and what actually survives contact with a real deployment, with no sales gloss. Conferences, meetups, internal team sessions. In English or Polish.

And what I will rather not. Multi-year maintenance of somebody else's system, or a role where I only execute a plan I am not allowed to question. I will say so straight away and point you to someone who does it better.

The company I run as CEO
I founded Low-Code Solutions Experts with Marek Piotrów. We started as two people; today it is a team of more than a dozen, with several dozen Mendix certifications, ISO 9001, and Siemens and Mendix partner status. We are the only firm in Poland delivering authorised Mendix training in Polish.

I co-run the Polish Mendix community: meetups with a hard no-selling rule, video, articles, conference talks and podcast appearances. That work earned me the Mendix MVP title, awarded for contribution to the community rather than sales numbers.

Financial services and capital markets, insurance, public sector, healthcare, retail and manufacturing. Two and a half years in Zurich building trade surveillance systems. I have worked in international teams since 2007 and run projects in English every week.

What exactly do you do?
I shorten the path from idea to working software. In practice that means low-code and Mendix delivery, building solutions with agentic AI, and automations forced by new regulation. I also advise on technology decisions and set up a Center of Excellence for low-code teams.
How is low-code different from ordinary programming?
It is building applications on a platform that takes the repetitive code off your plate, so a working solution ships in weeks rather than months. It holds up for enterprise-grade systems, as the work for banks and the European Central Bank shows.
What does agentic AI mean in practice?
Applications where AI agents carry out parts of a process on their own: reading documents, making decisions, calling other systems. I start with one process that genuinely hurts and a working deployment, not a thirty-slide strategy.
Do you work only in Poland, or internationally?
I am based in Wrocław and run projects in English and Polish. I have worked in international IT since 2007, including two and a half years in Zurich on trade surveillance systems at Credit Suisse.

I recharge by the water.
Husband and father of three. I play the violin, I fish, and I built the garden pond myself, from the first shovel to the last stone.
I make my living from abstraction, so off the clock I am drawn to things you can touch and finish. It is probably why I get on so well with clients who are tired of projects that never end.
